Who we are looking for
We are always looking for brilliant and highly committed people to fully deepen corporate finance issues, with two or more years of experience in consulting firms and/or professional firms specialized in corporate finance and/or restructuring transactions. Alongside the project manager and in collaboration with other team members, the new comer will deal with the following activities:
- reparation of teasers and information memorandums
- Analysis of the company’s historical performances (P&L, BS and CF analysis)
- Preparation of financial models underlying Business Plans, preparatory to extraordinary corporate finance transaction on debt and / or equity
Every year our company place young graduates with the desire to undertake an highly educational and challenging experience in the world of Corporate Finance. Alongside their tutor and thanks to a daily training on the job, these young people will be involved in financial analysis and preparation of business plans, as well as the preparation of pitches for commercial purposes..
They will also take part in operational meetings with clients in order to support the preparation of dossiers.
