Matteo Pattavina is a founding partner of CAP with over 15 years of experience in the financial consulting sector. Matteo has gained significant experience in corporate crisis management by assisting medium , large companies and complex groups in the preparation and negotiation of restructuring plans. Matteo also has consolidated experience in M&A processes with a particular focus on operations in distressed contexts and with the entry of national and international investors. In the past Matteo followed projects such as independent business review or business planning, cash flow forecasting and financial due diligence.
