Fabrizio Viola

Fabrizio Viola is a founding partner of CAP with over 40 years of experience in the financial sector. Fabrizio is a long-time banker. He has held the position of Chief Executive Officer and/or General Manager of important banking companies (positions mainly held in DEPObank, Monte dei Paschi di Siena, Banca Popolare di Milano). He managed relaunch and restructuring plans which involved business transformation, change management, asset disposal plans, reorganizations and recapitalization operations. Fabrizio has also held the role of liquidator of the cooperative banks of Veneto, maintaining intense relationships with Italian and European institutions (BKI, ECB, Consob, MEF, etc.).
