Fabio Cassi is a founding partner of CAP with over 25 years of experience in the financial consulting sector. Fabio has a great track record in the restructuring sector, having assisted numerous industrial and financial companies, in complex turnaround transactions. Fabio also held the role of director or auditor in large companies, both performing and in a financial distress situation, with a high financial debt (even over one billion euros). Fabio has also assisted numerous companies in M&A transactions, whether sell side or buy side. In the past, he also held the positions of CFO of a large group, CEO of a service company with over 400 employees and was the founder president of a cooperative credit bank.
